Codes are one-time, work for the account they were issued to and are valid for 12 months.
Questions
When do points show up?
As soon as your order is marked completed (shipped and delivered). You can see the balance and history in My account → Rewards.
What counts toward points?
The price you pay for products after discounts. Shipping and sales tax do not earn points.
Can I combine points with volume pricing?
Yes. Quantity discounts and reward codes work together on the same order.
What if I return an order?
Points earned on a cancelled or refunded order are removed from your balance.
Do trade accounts earn points?
Yes — trade customers earn on every completed order at their trade prices.
