These terms apply to the use of uecom.tech and to all orders placed with U-ECOM LLC (“U-Ecom”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to these terms, our Shipping & Returns policy and our Privacy Policy.

1. Orders

An order confirmation email confirms that we received your order; it is not yet acceptance. A contract is formed when we ship the products. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example when an item is unavailable, when the price or description is wrong, or when we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we refund the full amount.

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate contact, billing and shipping information.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and do not include sales tax or shipping, which are shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time; the price that applies is the one shown when you place the order. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you.

Quantity discounts are applied automatically in the cart: 1% off the unit price for 2 units and 2% off for 3 or more units of the same product. Payment is taken when you place the order. Product availability shown on the site is updated regularly but is not guaranteed.

3. Trade accounts and quotes

Installers, integrators and resellers can apply for a trade account. We approve trade accounts at our discretion. Trade pricing and project quotes are confidential and valid for the period stated on the quote; if no period is stated, a quote is valid for 14 days and subject to availability. Tax-exempt purchases require a valid resale or exemption certificate on file before the order.

4. U-Ecom Rewards

Registered customers earn reward points on completed orders as described on the Rewards page. Points have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and are removed if the related order is cancelled or refunded. Reward codes are single-use, issued to the account holder and valid for 12 months. We may change or end the program with reasonable notice; points already earned can be redeemed for at least 30 days after such notice.

5. Use of products

You are responsible for installing and using surveillance, audio recording and access-control equipment in compliance with all applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws, including laws on privacy, consent to audio recording, signage and building or electrical codes. We recommend installation by a qualified professional. Product information and compatibility guidance from our staff is provided to help you choose products and does not replace a site survey or professional design.

6. Warranty and limitation of liability

Products are covered only by the warranty provided by their manufacturer. Except for that warranty and to the extent permitted by law, products are sold “as is” and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, U-Ecom is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of data, recordings, profits or business, or for losses caused by theft, intrusion or events that a security system did not detect or record. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for the products in that order.

All content on this site, including text, design and images, belongs to U-Ecom or its licensors. Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts stay in effect. We may update these terms; the version published on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
